Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing, Product and Propositions to lead the development and promotion of our products and propositions, fully aligning with our mission to provide fair and accessible credit for those often overlooked by traditional lenders. What you'll doIn this role, you will play a key part in delivering simple, innovative solutions that promote financial well-being, while advancing our vision to champion financial fitness across Britain. As the Head of Marketing, Product and Propositions, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing strategies and propositions as well as our product offerings resonate with our customers, and for building and fostering a community of customers who can interact and support each other on their journey to financial fitness. Key Responsibilities:Lead the creation and execution of propositions that align with our mission to offer simple, fair, and accessible financial solutions, helping customers improve their financial well-being.Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness and promote our vision of financial fitness across Britain.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing and proposition development efforts are fully integrated and support our mission of financial inclusion.Leverage both digital agency and in-house experience to drive marketing and proposition initiatives, ensuring a well-rounded approach to customer engagement.Utilise partnership-building expertise to form strategic alliances that enhance our product offerings and community engagement.Build and nurture a community of customers, creating campaigns that resonate with their needs and reflect our commitment to improving their financial health.Ensure all marketing and proposition initiatives comply with regulations and relevant financial services standards, maintaining transparency and trust with customers.Apply user-centric experience and design methodologies to ensure that our products are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our customers.Use AI-driven insights to inform strategy, automate processes, and refine messaging throughout the customer journey, while tracking campaign effectiveness to maximise ROI and customer satisfaction.Oversee the lifecycle of propositions, from concept through to market launch, ensuring innovation, simplicity, and compliance at every stage.Utilise data-driven insights to inform both marketing strategies and proposition development, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.Lead and mentor the Marketing and Propositions teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, driven by our vision to enhance financial well-being across Britain.Represent the company at industry events and conferences, positioning us as a leader in financial services and promoting financial inclusion and fitness. What you needUniversity degree required, with a focus in marketing from a business school.
