 Job Description Head of Brand and Marketing Location Commutable distance to London / Winchester. Whilst we offer a hybrid working model, it would be beneficial to be on-site at least 2 days a week. Sets brand and marketing vision and plans, executing brand, product and customer marketing for all of Arqiva. Leads and develop the efficacy of the marketing function and its people within Arqiva, while overseeing the development and execution of Arqiva-wide and product marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and revenue. The Role Sets brand and marketing strategy and leads on implementation of all brand and marketing plansProvides leadership and direction, setting performance goals, motivating the team and fostering a collaborative environmentRecruits, develops and mentors marketing talent, while managing budgetCo-manages the communications governance with Communications and Public AffairsImplements brand strategy, ensuring consistency across marketing channelsEnsures consistency in brand positioning, messaging and identity guidelinesDevelops marketing plans with key stakeholders and ensures development and delivery in conjunction with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Product and Commercial teams.Creates compelling go-to-market strategies, supported by relevant teams including data & analyticsOversees product launches and product related promotional activitiesManages self & task role models Arqiva’s culture goals with the team, building respect and credibility; set a high-performance bar and challenge the team to deliver sustainable results, by developing the skills and capabilities of the team and focusing on outcomesManages relationships & communications connects, collaborates & leads communication transparently, balancing face to face and virtual, with own team and teams across the business to encourage cross-functional understanding, agreement and knowledge sharing The Person Extensive experience in B2B marketing and brand management strategiesProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (in a B2B environment)Experience with digital marketing strategies and technologies (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media), as well as working with creative and media agencies Skills Deep understanding of the technology sector and Arqiva’s target markets and customer segmentsStrong analytical skills and understanding of measurement of marketing initiatives and ROIExcellent leadership and communication skills to manage, guide and motivate the marketing team, and work with external partners and agencies.Management proficiency in influencing, analysis, decision making, empathy, communications, and adaptability Why join Arqiva?
