We are looking for a Head of Marketing to grow our brand, scale our lead generation and help drive revenue. In the role, you will lead our content and marketing teams in Copenhagen and San Francisco as well as be part of an extended leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies for hardware-software offerings. The role requires someone who is strong at strategy and planning, as well as coaching and directing a small, high-performing team. 🔥What’s the role about… Build and lead our Marketing team and report to our CEO. Define and implement marketing performance programs. Establish effective inbound marketing funnel and grow SQL generation. Define go-to-market strategies and drive product marketing activities. Define buyer journeys and customer life cycles. Design marketing automation and best practice marketing programs. Provide strategic and operational guidance to team members. 🕵️ We’re keen to meet someone that has... Min 2 years experience with people management in teams of +3 employees. Min. 3 years of experience driving marketing strategies for e-commerce- and/or SaaS-based companies. Min. 3 years of experience in growth companies. Proven track record of building and scaling growth machines. Strong drive and the ability to set clear goals and reach them. An analytical data-driven mindset with strong communication skills. Experience with marketing automation software, preferably HubSpot. Fluent in English communication both written and oral. 🤘 We will be thrilled if you have the knowledge or experience in one of these... Passionate about trends and development in tech or film/game industries.
