About the Role: This role is pivotal for our brand, far beyond traditional marketing. As our Head of Organic Marketing and Brand, you’ll define and drive what Scandinavian Biolabs looks, sounds, and feels like. With at least 3+ years of experience (We'll let you judge in what), you’ll lead a small, collaborative team (3-4 members) and work closely across departments to build our brand identity. You’ll oversee everything that strengthens our brand’s presence outside of performance marketing - from campaigns and PR to social and trade marketing. You will report to the CEO and be part of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Protect Our Brand Core: Own our brand’s essence. Its visual identity and messaging across every channel. Every campaign, every piece of content will reflect your touch. Strategic Campaign Development: Plan and launch innovative marketing campaigns that people remember and talk about. Shape how we show up and connect in real time. Social Media & Community Engagement: Lead a cohesive social strategy across platforms, orchestrating content that resonates, engages, and builds a loyal community. TikTok, Instagram and everywhere else. Influencer, Partnership and Expert Marketing: Forge partnerships with influencers who truly represent our brand, creating authentic, organic collaborations. This includes professionals such as dermatologists and doctors. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product, retail, and other teams to keep our brand aligned, ensuring a strong presence both online and in-store. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and manage overarching marketing strategies, ensuring every campaign aligns with our broader brand and business goals. About You: Creative Visionary & Strategic Thinker: You bring big ideas and a strategic mindset to the table, making them a reality. Hands-On & Action-Oriented: While strategic, you’re not afraid to dive in and lead by example. Experienced Leader & Culture Builder: With a background in brand marketing, you’re ready to inspire and guide a team, fostering collaboration and shared values across the company. Social Media Savvy: You have a solid understanding of various social platforms and know how to engage diverse audiences.
