 Head of Marketing/Marketing Manager/Email Campaign Marketing Expert (Apollo.IO) My client are flexible when considering seniority for this position. Having recently received significant funding, they're initially focused on expanding their email marketing efforts. Primarily, they're seeking an experienced Email Campaign Marketing Expert to help optimize and enhance their email marketing outreach, particularly using the Apollo platform, to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. That being said, a candidate who can offer a more expansive skillset would be of high interest. Their product is an AI-powered platform that simplifies influencer marketing for brands in the hospitality sector. It connects brands with a global network of vetted influencers, streamlining collaborations and driving measurable results. The platform offers services such as influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance tracking, all aimed at making influencer partnerships more effective and cost-efficient. Key Focus: Email Marketing:Oversee the creation and optimization of direct email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer onboarding.Analyze email performance metrics, A/B testing, and data to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.Implement best practices for segmentation, automation, and personalization to drive engagement.Develop a central marketing “lead engine” that builds on and enhances p promising cold outreach success to date with Apollo.io, whilst accommodating and aligning tactical campaigns agreed with Sales on a monthly basis, to leverage new customer wins and case studiesBuild on existing success with direct email marketing for influencer acquisition with Instantly.ai to efficiently target outreach to influencers that match newly won brand requirements Social Media Marketing:Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand and influencer visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).Monitor social media trends and influencer activity, and adjust strategies to maximize performance.Create a marketing “engine” to enable our client to react to new customer wins, and case studies, to target Brands and Influencers with updated content, logos, and calls to action Content Marketing:Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social content.Ensure content is optimized for SEO and designed to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.Lead the development of the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and assets. Qualifications:7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role.Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, and brand management.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Experience with outbound direct marketing solutions is important.
