Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Campaign Operations to lead our campaign management team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the campaign operations team, providing guidance, support, and mentorshipDevelop and implement strategic plans for campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectivesOversee the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reportingCollaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop innovative campaign strategiesEnsure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetAnalyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizationMaintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and other stakeholdersStay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience within digital marketing and campaign operations, influencer marketing experience is highly preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing or influencer marketing agencyStrong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platformsExcellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-makingExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
